How to Play Last Call — Drinking Game Rules
Last Call is a free, story-driven card drinking game for two or more players. Here is how to play Last Call from the first pour to the final card — no download, no setup, just your browser and a brave table.
What you need
All you need is a phone, tablet, or laptop with a web browser and at least one drinking buddy. Last Call is a party drinking game built for two or more players, so it works just as well as a drinking game for 2 players as it does for a crowded table. Pour your drinks — alcoholic or, in sober mode, water — and open the game. Nothing to install.
Setting up the table
Add every player by name, then pick your story pack. The free Tavern story is ready to go; premium packs add new worlds. Choose a difficulty mode — easy, normal, or hard — to set how punishing the night gets. Every player begins the game with 11 health, and your goal is simple: survive the night and see how your story ends, in legend or in ruin.
How a turn works
Play moves around the table one player at a time. On your turn you draw a card. Each card triggers something — a sip, a rule, an effect, or a branching story event where the whole table makes a choice together. Some cards cost you health; some heal it; some twist the rules for everyone. Those table decisions steer the story down different paths, so no two nights of this card drinking game ever play out the same way.
Difficulty and sober mode
Three difficulty modes let you dial the intensity up or down: easy for a gentle night, normal for the standard experience, and hard for the bold. A built-in sober mode (water mode) lets non-drinkers play right alongside everyone else — every sip simply becomes a sip of water, so nobody has to sit out.
Winning the night
There is no race to finish first. The goal of Last Call is to survive the night as the branching story plays out and reach an ending — triumphant legend or glorious ruin. Keep your health above zero, make bold choices, and see where the tale takes your table. That is the heart of these drinking game rules: a shared story you build together, one card and one sip at a time.
